One is a 4 hour course that gives participants the knowledge of how to investigate minor incidents
Course Objectives
• Provide understanding of incident investigations
• Show understanding of root cause analysis
• Carry out an investigation using your internal documents
This course uses a scenario based on your industry and participants learn how to determine the casual factors using different methods of investigation. These include Fishbone and Root Cause Analysis.
Who should attend?
Anyone who is required to be part of an investigation team, such as Managers, HSR’s and Health and Safety Committee members.
The second is a full day course designed for people who will lead investigations.
Course Objectives
• conducting an initial assessment of the situation
• Develop an investigation plan
• Collecting of Information and Data
• Conducting a systematic analysis to identify underlying causes and actions for prevention
• Reporting on the outcomes of the investigation
